First of all welcome to all new subscribers, I’m delighted and honoured that you are here. If you want to know what to expect from me you can visit this post.
I infuse this community with love and light with the intention that all who come into this space have a positive and uplifting experience. Together we are a mighty force of beings raising consciousness for the highest good of all. And so it is.
This is one of those short snippets that I feel called to share with you.
I have for a long time made it part of research to understand how the body works. The nervous systems, what creates stress, anxiety, digestive problems, pain, disease. Early on in my journey I was guided to the works of Dr Joe Dispenza and his books as he showed the evidence for the connections between science and spirituality. I began to understand that they did not have to be mutually exclusive.
When you can understand why the body is reacting as it is on a biological level, it’s possible to target healing to the areas that cause it. Combining that knowledge with ancient wisdom creates a powerful impact on a healing journey.
Yet to date we have looked upon both these areas and the people that stand up and talk to us about them as the heroes of the story. Of course there are experts in both of these fields and we respect their knowledge and experience. What became less life-affirming was that on some level, in some arenas, we have been encouraged to worship or idolise them.
Of course there is always a place for traditional medicine, for broken arms, treatment of diseases and surgery.
Of course there is always a place for someone else holding a place for us to heal. As a treat, because we can’t see it ourselves, because we need a holding hand, so that we don’t have to face it alone.
I do believe we are at the start of a revolution. Where we move away from seeing that we need an ‘expert’ to heal us and to one where we are empowered to heal ourselves. We are taught by the teachers who want to share and we are encouraged to open up our own healing gifts.
To all those hidden healers, you are the heroes and this is just the beginning.
Blessings of love and magic,
Louise x

Agree Louise, the majority of healing if not all begins with the healer within. Funny that you bring up Joe Dispenza, I have a dear friend that is taking an advance retreat with him six days from now. And I studied many of Joe's works when I I was working on my Masters degree for Ministry.
The marriage of science and spirituality is essential. Interestingly, as science began it was deeply married to the spiritual. There was no separation. But with the rise of patriarchy especially around the witch trials, we see allopathic medicine taking it's hold and separating completely. And why I prefer ayurvedic medicine. A beautiful combo of science and spirituality. An ancient tradition (roughly 3000 years old) that originates from India. Incorporating yoga, meditation, diet, herbs and deep cleansing called panchakarma. I have done three of them through the years. Ayurveda is what helped me when nothing else could when I was dealing with Adrenal depletion.
Beautifully articulated Louise 🌿
