I genuinely believe that it is normal for human beings to want to leave a legacy behind, for some it is writing, others it is art but obviously it does not have to be anything tangible, it can be a promise to leave people feeling a certain way after being with you that means they remember that encounter long after it happened.

If your writing is your way of leaving a legacy, leaving an indelible mark on the frequency of the collective then it is so.

I look forward to seeing what forms as your piece of leaving something behind for others to benefit from - a book I feel you are leaning towards in this essay?

One of my favourite books was The Secret Garden too!

I love that idea of leaving a legacy that is unique to you. I definitely feel that writing will be part of mine. There is a book, just have to figure out where it fits into everything else that is coming through! The Secret Garden is so good, I love the film too.

That’s the deliciously tricky part isn’t it! All the things that flood through and what to start with or how they all work together 🫶🏻🩷💛🩵
