1. Understanding the creator/self relationship and bond
The irony is not lost on me that we may be each experiencing summer very differently this year. Of course depending on where you are in the world it can also be winter, which I was reminded of by a friend in New Zealand posting a picture of her Sunday lunch and mulled wine, cosying up in a pub.
The extremes of heat across Europe sits at odds with the higher than average rainfall and strong winds here in the UK. Other extreme weather conditions seem to be reported elsewhere on a daily basis. Mother Nature is currently stirring things up, redressing the balance and making her point loud and clear. This is as Cold as Ice by Foreigner is playing on my Spotify!
Some people feel the relief of slowing down and getting away, others like me feel a bit lost as things go a bit quiet, but we’re not off and it’s a bit like being at a seance. “Is there anybody there"! Let me know if you’re around, always ready for a chat or virtual tea/decaff coffee.
Hot Summer Rites
Hot Summer Rites is a series of journeys into the inner sanctuary of the soul. For spiritual seekers who currently sit with a heavy heart and wish to become soul aligned and able to listen to their soul wisdom.
I will be sharing 6 rites of sanctuary, which will be channeled along with reflective questions over six weeks starting week commencing 24th July. I can’t promise they’ll be on the same day, my guides don’t always work like that! You can work with the questions and listen to the meditation or just do one or the other.

If you are seeking the inner truth to determine your next actions steps for rising into your most creative and aligned self. Knowing your sacred journey and what will carry your forward.

Whether or what you believe in as something or someone that is at the source of everything is not important. What is important is the connection that you wish to create in order to know what influence you can have on your future self as a consciously creating soul living as a human.

Reflection questions
Can you see things from a higher perspective? The eagle that can vision on your behalf sees above and beyond your current sight. Can you take flight with them?
Do you have the resilience and strength of a mountain to get you through the tough times? Where do you get this from? What reservoir of healing can you access when you feel yourself starting to wobble and your foundations are shifting?
What prevents you from operating from a place of unconditional love? What self-soothing does your soul whisper to you that you are you capable of. What prevents you from drawing on it in times of need?
Bring to mind what your connected self feels like? Where is there softness, peace, stillness and alignment. What keeps you connected? What disrupts your connection?
There can be a point in your life where you realise that you have been disconnected from yourself for a while. This is often the beginning of the journey back to wholeness, which the current crisis, dramatic change, loss or shake-up will initiate. Know that whatever you are experiencing, questioning or leaving behind is for your greater good. All is well.
