Thank you for this, Louise! Through the meditation I had a clear experience of the mirroring that takes place between the internal and the external. As within, so without! I feel a deep connection in ways I hadn't expected. Truly wonderful!

Louise,

I was particularly struck by this passage:

There can be a point in your life where you realise that you have been disconnected from yourself for a while. This is often the beginning of the journey back to wholeness, which the current crisis, dramatic change, loss or shake-up will initiate.

The body-self will always create the conditions to steer us on the journey toward wholeness, be those conditions illness, injury, or “current crisis,” a perspective not always so easy to reckon with. It is so lovely how you offer this in the context of feeling disconnected. Disconnection as a signal before the storm, a call to attend to self and our life.

With love,

Renée

Thank you dear Renee, your thoughts resonate as I felt that call so deeply to the point it was impossible to ignore and it definitely made me pay attention, which I have been doing ever since. Each day I feel closer to myself even though I know the journey will continue. I will never again ask “Are we done”!

Indeed, Louise! 🙏

Thanks Louise. The Six Rites are absolutely perfect, of course. Reading this today I especially appreciated the reminder to embrace a higher perspective. That was what I needed to hear as things have been a little intense which makes my world shrink a bit. I look forward to listening to the full meditation.

Thank you so much Donna, it’s a good reminder isn’t it? My guides will often send me of with an eagle if they think I have shrunk my world a bit, like you say. It helps us to see what is beyond our limited vision of sight and know that we can reach for the clouds of endless possibility. 🙏💫

I'm going to pay attention and see what comes up for me around gaining a wider perspective. Will it be an eagle or ....!?

Oh I love this idea - my heart is heavy in NZ too tho our snow is non existent this year and the mountain suffering!

Thank you so much Laura! Yes it can be difficult to come to terms with. I always remind myself that Mother Earth knows what she is doing and that where we see destruction, it’s a reminder of our role to help her heal and a redressing of the balance. Still not always pretty to watch. Interesting that there is a mountain featured in this meditation. Sending you love and light. 💫🙏
