I am a massive screen addict. It’s got to be the hardest addiction to break nowadays. I’m learning I may always be and I’m ok with that. It’s def about the boundaries for me and the big breaks on a regular basis that help the most.
How are you getting on with the 12 chapters initiative? I missed last months but I’ve got this months going out next week. It’s really helping me in support of this book writing journey - more than I thought it would.
Such a hard habit to break! I was doing ok with my writing, but not really in the swing of things at the minute. Feel like I’m still in the waiting room………..
I feel a big shift coming for you in that respect once you’ve come out the other side of what you’ve been through.
I’m doing enough to get by and obviously have insane breakthroughs happening with my book, but I don’t feel like I’ve done a right lot of writing this year. There’s definitely been some kind of pause in many aspects.
Oh that’s interesting, definitely still moving through things although it does feel like it’s the tail end. Looking forward to that shift! I’ve heard the same from so many people about the pause, all will be revealed I’m sure. x
Oh, my sister, what a beautiful journey you've been on! 💖💖💖 I'm excited to see what unfolds with you, and I'm inspired by you to spend less time online. Actually, I was unplugged for most of last week, and am still vacationing this week with very limited time online. My whole being eases in these times. So much less rigidity, so much more real connection with not only the physical elements around me, but all the unseen ones too.
It’s definitely been an adventure Jenna. I’ve let a few bad habits creep back in, so going to reset those boundaries again. It is so clear the benefit when I’m fully on board with it. xx
Louise, so glad you took the time and space to take care of you! Especially away from social media and all the plugins. For me, I find it's important to spend time remembering and experiencing who and what I am, as well as what I truly belong to. Life, nature, community, ecosystems, etc. Nature is a wonderful place of recalibration and to recollect myself. Necessary in our day and age. Looking forward to hearing more about what you discovered... Much love to you! 💜
Louise, what a journey you have been on! I'm so glad you took the time you needed to reset, to see what needed your attention and to be able to rest. ❤️
What an inspiring journey… I can’t imagine being without internet completely but also it sounds amazing!! What a gift to give yourself and I’m not surprised clarity came through to you during that time. I love the idea of totally unplugging for periods of time… I may have to start gradually but it must be potent. So glad my piece reached you at the right moment. Xxx
I've learnt so much about what takes my attention Laura and the impact it has on my wellbeing. I am more consciously aware than ever of when I need to step away. The challenge is going to be maintaining it. Your piece definitely created a shift that I needed, I am truly grateful for that. xx
So great to read about this version of your rebirth. I hear it so hard because I am forever going through my own version of the same.
It’s taken me years to get to a point of implementing a weeks phone break - this year every other month. Next year every month. Plus most Saturdays.
Cannot wait to read your book!🤓
I’ve found bad habits creeping in Amber, so I’m going to have a reset. I’d better get writing it then!

Thank you Donna, it's been quite the ride, but I'm excited for the next chapter. xx
